Now several multi vitamin supplements are widely available in the market. Everyone will think that these supplements will are good for health. Most of the people assume that buying vitamin supplements would be a smarter decision than buying fruits and vegetables. But actually no artificial nutrient would stand against natural nutrients. Generally doctors suggest these supplements to those having high nutritional deficiencies. Hence these are good only for those who are prescribed to use them. Pregnant women have the most need of these supplements. And those who really have deficiencies of vitamins and minerals should consume Multi vitamin and protein supplements for good results. Some body builders may also uses these supplements. They have high requirement of proteins. In general 0.8gms/kg is needed for body builders. But those who are at the beginning stage of body building require 1gm/kg body weight. Vegetarians cannot get required proteins from their food. Such people may use these supplements.
