Olive oil in salads
Generally oils, butter and cream are used in preparing recipes or salads. These contain more fat percentage. A French study is saying that instead of these oils, butter and cream it is better to use Olive oil in cooking. Heart attack, obesity can be prevented with the usage of Olive oil. Olive oil can be used as topping on curries and salads. This will prevent 45% problems. Unsaturated fats are more in olive oil. These prevent heart problems and help to increase the life span. High blood pressure that comes with the advancing age and accumulation of fat around the waist can also be prevented with the usage of Olive oil.
